As this is a particularly difficult and expensive process via the banks, it has created an opportunity for private entities to facilitate these loans, using private funding.
Each deployment is defined by a legal agreement linking the funds from the individual or entity to the specific Body Corporate. If there is a default, the Sectional Title legislation ensures our clients get paid, even before the bondholder (the bank) or SARS.
All funds flow from the client via a registered and licensed cash custodian to the body Corporate, and back. No other person or entity has access to the funds.
